The company Baltic Windows was set up by partners Grahame Monaghan and John Chipperfield who have worked in the industry for over 25 years; starting out as bench-hand joiners and then working on site as glaziers.

Both have vast experience in the fabrication of windows, doors and conservatories.

The partners then moved on to windows, doors and conservatory installation and have a number of years experience in that field.

Baltic Windows do not employ any sales representatives; either Grahame or John will visit the customer in person. If the job proceeds further Grahame or John will do the surveys and see the job through from start to finish.

Baltic Windows are always in control as our products are manufactured at our own factory premises in Washington, Tyne and Wear.

90% of our work comes from recommendations, which in turn is due to the quality of service and workmanship we provide.
